才溪毛泽东纪念馆大厅的浮雕、位于福建省、龙岩市、上杭县、才溪镇、土地革命战争时期，才溪人民在中国共产党的正确领导下在政权建设、扩红支前、武装斗争、经济建设、文化教育等方面取得显著成绩，成为中央苏区为先模范区、模范乡。1933年11月，在苏区军民奋起反击国民党军队第五次“围剿”、党内“左”倾错误在中央苏区进一步蔓延之际，毛泽东带着对中国革命的思考，跋山涉水第三次来到才溪。进行了系统周密的调查和全面科学的总结。写下了彪炳史册的《才溪乡调查》，回答了在国内革命战争时期，根据地建设不仅是必要的而且是可能的这一重要问题，进一步阐明了“中国革命必须走农村包围城市道路”的伟大真理，同时以才溪苏区政权建设的实践，为我党早期在局部执政条件下治国安民、民主建政树立了光辉典范。才溪乡调查，是毛泽东在土地革命战争时期的一次著名的农村调查,是中国共产党人走群众路线、深入实际调查研究、实事求是的光辉典范。九军十八师 盛名的将军之乡。毛泽东才溪乡调查所体现的思想和作风，是我们党的宝贵精神财富，对新时期加强党的作风建设，践行以“为民务实清廉”为主要内容的党的群众路线，永远保持党的先进性和纯洁性，具有重要的现实指导意义。
